Owner Steve McIntyre is a Carpenter and Licensed Builder with over 20 years' experience delivering luxury commercial and residential builds across South East Queensland. Steve uses his open communication and problem-solving skills to build trust and longstanding partnerships with clients, trades and suppliers.
After a decade working with Australia's largest privately owned construction company, Steve and wife Mel created Dellwood Constructions to offer a full service design and construct renovation package. With a background in Business Management and passion for creating functional and beautiful homes, Mel is busily working in the background of all Dellwood projects.
Steve and Mel are Gold Coast locals, raising their young family in the sea spray and sunshine of Burleigh Waters. On weekends you'll find them at kids sports or down at the beach with their girls, and playful pup.
