Starting in 2025 - Our Custom New Build service will bring your unique vision to life.
From dreaming up your new house deign until the day you receive your keys, we'll work closely with you to make sure your project is completed on time, on budget, and to your exact specifications – even if you're not sure where to start.​
You can leave it to us to facilitate everything from concept design, approvals, engineering, certification, construction to handover.

Our Custom New Build Process
01
Initial Consultation
We will meet you on site to discuss your vision for your dream home. We want to get to know you and your family and how you want your spaces to function in your new home. We will talk about your must have’s and your budget. Our team will work with you to provide an overview of our build process so you will walk away understanding if we are the right fit for your new build.

Design Concept and Estimate
We will engage an architect or building designer to develop your concept
drawings. Once we have a concept design, we can provide you with cost and time
estimates for your new build.

Approvals and Certification
We will engage a structural engineer and certifier to complete your construction drawings. Once complete, these plans are sent to City of Gold Coast for approval.

Final Quote and Contract
Now we have all the necessary information to provide a final price for the build..
At this stage you will be provided with the start date for your project and the timeline/schedule.
A contract will be signed by both parties and it will include all necessary information for the build including all terms and conditions, payment schedule and variation information.
At the end of this stage the deposit is paid and your build is locked in.

Construction
Now that all approvals are in and you have signed the contract, we can begin building your dream home. We will work closely with you during each stage of the build including a walkthrough of the site and reviewing scope of works to allow for any additional works or variations.

Handover
The day has finally arrived! Your handover will include a walkthrough of your dream home to discuss everything from where your light switches are to how to use your appliances. You will receive your keys, all warranty and maintenance information as well as all certifications.
