At the helm of Dellwood Constructions is Steve McIntyre, our licensed builder and carpenter with over 20 years of experience delivering high-end residential and commercial projects across South East Queensland. Steve’s hands-on expertise, open communication, and problem-solving skills have earned him a reputation for quality craftsmanship and trustworthiness.
After a decade working with Australia's largest privately owned construction company, Steve and his wife, Mel, founded Dellwood Constructions to offer a personalized, full-service renovation experience.
