Our Story
Director Steve McIntyre, is a licensed builder and carpenter with over 20 years of experience delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across South East Queensland. Steve’s hands-on expertise, open communication, and problem-solving abilities have earned him a reputation for trustworthy craftsmanship.
After several busy years balancing work, personal renovations, raising young children, and navigating personal loss, Steve and his wife Mel embarked on a family adventure in 2023, travelling around Australia in a caravan with their two daughters. Inspired by the freedom and experiences of their travels, they founded Dellwood Constructions to offer a full-service package to clients who may be unsure where to begin with their own building journey.
Their mission: to make the process of building or renovating a home as rewarding and enjoyable as the finished result.
