Dellwood Constructions is a Gold Coast-based Design and Construct building company.
Director Steve McIntyre, is a licensed builder and carpenter with over 20 years of experience delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across South East Queensland. Steve’s hands-on expertise, open communication, and problem-solving abilities have earned him a reputation for trustworthy craftsmanship.
After several busy years balancing work, personal renovations, raising young children, and navigating personal loss, Steve and his wife Mel embarked on a family adventure in 2023, travelling around Australia in a caravan with their two daughters.
Inspired by the freedom and experiences of their travels, they founded Dellwood Constructions to offer a full-service package to clients who may be unsure where to begin with their own building journey.
Their mission: to make the process of building or renovating a home as rewarding and enjoyable as the finished result.

Steve and Mel are proud Gold Coast locals, raising their family in the vibrant community of Burleigh Waters. On weekends, you’ll find them cheering on their kids at local sports or enjoying the beautiful beaches the Gold Coast is known for.
